Citizenm London Bankside Hotel

Our room had amazing mood lighting and was controlled by an iPad. Despite being small, the room had plenty of storage. We loved the art and fun atmosphere in the public areas. we'd stay at CitizenM again!

This hotel offers an amazing location with just a short walk across the Thames to the center. Its proximity to all the main attractions enables guests to explore the city with ease. The rooms provide a cozy atmosphere with comfortable beds and modern bathrooms. The delightful evening bartender, excellent staff service and lobby space to work make it a perfect place to stay. Stock up on everything you need from the M&S Food-hall across the street.

Some guests have mentioned issues with the tablets in the room, but this hardly detracts from the overall experience.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location is perfect for exploring the city, with great access to public transport and various attractions. The staff were extremely helpful and provided excellent service throughout our stay. The room amenities were impressive, with ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, seating area, in-room safe and free toiletries. We particularly appreciated having a flat-screen TV and iPad in our room, which added to our comfortable stay. The restaurant and bar/lounge areas were also top-notch, with great coffee/tea available in the lobby.

We couldn't have had better customer service, and the staff were always on hand to help. We were disappointed that we didn't receive our bill upon check-out, which seemed incompetent.

We were kinda surprised by the clever use of space in our room, feel roomy despite its small size. The big window provided natural light and a lovely view. We also appreciated the modern and stylish furniture, and the fact that super tidy. The hotel's location was perfect for us, as it was close to interesting restaurants and the main attractions of this city, making it easy for us to move around.

The location was great, with easy access to popular attractions like the Tate Modern and the river. being within a short walk from Borough Market was a real advantage. The room itself wassuper clean and cozy, providing a pleasant stay.

The lack of natural ventilation in the room was a major drawback. The windows were sealed shut, resulting in stale air and a scratchy throat each night.

Stylish and modern room with high-tech controls for lighting, air conditioning, and window blinds. Free video-on-demand and speedy, reliable wifi. Good breakfast buffet and evening snacks available. Attentive and friendly staff, including bar staff who go above and beyond. Great location for access to nearby attractions.
